Chinese Yam Noodles with Duck and Vinegar

Ingredients
- Chinese yam noodles 2 pieces
- Fresh duck breast 200g
- Garlic chives 10g
- bean sprouts 10g
- Water 300ml
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder 1.5tsp
- Fried garlic 10g
Marinade
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1tbsp
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Sweet Soy Sauce 2tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Selected Aromatic Vinegar 4tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Black Sesame Oil 1tsp
- Lee Kum Kee White Pepper Powder, pinch

How to make it

Marinate the duck breast for 10 minutes. Pan fry on medium high heat till fully cooked.

Blanch the garlic chives and bean sprouts with oil and salt. Boil the water and add chicken powder.

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well and mix with seasoning.

Slice the duck breast. Put it on top of the noodles with garlic chives and bean sprouts. Serve with chicken soup and fried garlic.

Tips:
Using chicken thigh or pork chop is just as delicious as duck breast.
