How to make it
Mix corn kernels and cooked rice together and set aside.
Marinate the Beef slices with Lee Kum Kee Salt reduced oyster sauce, pepper and water for 15 minutes.
Prepare the red pepper, green pepper and mango / yellow pepper by cutting it into thin strips.
Place the red pepper, green pepper and mango / yellow pepper strips onto the beef slice and roll it up.
Cook the beef roll using a non-stick pan and place it on the corn rice once cooked.
Finally sauté the garlic and add in Lee Kum Kee Salt reduced oyster sauce, water and cornstarch for the sauce and pour it over the beef rolls ready to serve.
