How to make it
Boil cauliflower for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Make the batter by mixing the 200 g flour, egg, ginger beer, baking powder and season with salt and ground pepper.
Use flour to dust the cauliflower and then dip in batter.
Deep fry cauliflower at medium-high heat (170 degree Celsius) until golden brown and serve with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, mango and salad green.
Served with Thai Style Sweet and Sour Dressing dipping sauce.
