    How to make it

    Marinate shrimp meat.  Stir in hard-boiled eggs and water chestnuts.
    Heat oil. Put shrimp mixture in wok tbsp by tbsp Fry one side slightly. Turn and flatten shrimp mixture to form cakes. Pan-fry both sides until golden yellow and done. Serve with dipping sauce.
