Heat a wok with oil, sauté the shallot and garlic. Add pea sprout and oyster sauce, stir fry until pea sprout turns soft.

Tips:
1. It is recommended to choose South Australia lobster, due to larger size and brighter colour. You can choose other species according to personal preference.
2. If you want a crisper mouthfeel, can use high-gluten flour to replace flour.
