Fry noodle with string meat in Soy Sauce

How to make it

  1. Marinate the pork for 15 min and mix all the seasoning (except sesame oil). Set aside.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp. oil into the boiling water. Boil the noodle until 80% soft, drain and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil over medium heat, pan fry the pork until cooked, set aside.
  4. Saute the bean sprouts over high heat until fragrant, set aside.
  5. Heat the oil over medium heat, saute the shallot until fragrant. Stir fry onion and carrot until golden. Then add in noodle and stir fry over low heat. Add in mixed seasoning in step 1 and stir fry over low heat.
  6. Add in pork, bean sprout and Chinese chive, stir well over high heat. Pan fry with sesame oil and sprinkle cooked sesame before serve.
