How to make it
Marinate meat for 10 min.
Boil the noodle until soft, drain and set aside.
Fry meat with oil, set aside.
Fry onion and carrot with oil, add seasoning to quick cook. Then, add noodle and meats to mix well. Finally, pan fry with Chinese chives. Sprinkle cooked sesame before serve.
Tips:Add water and potato starch mix during marinate can keep the meat soft and juicy.
