  • 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
  • A little Lee Kum Kee Coarse Ground Black Peppercorns

How to make it

  1. Boil a pot of water over high heat. Add 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Mushroom Powder. Add the pasta and cook for 6 minutes, remove it, save a cup of pasta water for later use.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté purple onion until fragrant, add minced garlic and stir-fry for a while, add in cherry tomatoes, kale, pasta, 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Mushroom Powder and pasta water.
  3. Cook the pasta until soft. Sprinkle it with pine nuts and peppercorns, and enjoy.
