How to make it

  1. Soak the bamboo skewers in water for an hour. Keep for later use.
  2. Mix beef with Marinade.
  3. Arrange ingredients on skewers one by one.
  4. Pan fry skewers in 3 tbsp oil or grill until golden and done.
  5. Glaze with the Marinade occasionally.
