How to make it

  1. Put the eggs in a pot and add room temperature water until the water level covers the eggs. Use medium heat to cook for around 8 minutes. Pick up the eggs and rinse with water to cool down, then remove the egg shells in iced water
  2. Mix all the ingredients and seasonings in a bowl
  3. Add the eggs and put them in the refrigerator overnight to marinade the eggs
