How to make it
Blanch quinoa in boiling water, turn to medium heat and boil for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside for later use.
Pour 4 tablespoons Roasted Sesame Dressing into the glass jar.
Top with quinoa, edamame, carrots, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and white cabbage.
Put the lid on the glass jar and then put it in the refrigerator.
Give the jar a shake when you are ready to eat.
Tips:You can adjust the proportions of dressing to suit your taste.
