How to make it

  1. Cut tofu into small cubes. Remove excess water with paper towel. Boil the tofu until cooked through, set aside.
  2. Saute Minced Garlic and Minced Ginger until fragrant. Add minced pork and stir-fry until cooked through.
  3. Stir in Panda Brand Oyster SauceandChilli Bean Sauce (Toban Djanand stir-fry until fragrant, then add water.
  4. Add tofu and simmer over low heat until the tofu absorbs the flavor. Add cornstarch water to thicken the sauce. Sprinkle Pure Sesame Oil before serving. 
  5. Garnish with green onions, and it is ready to serve.
  6. Tip: Chilli Garlic Sauce may be adjusted to individual is taste preference
