How to make it

Making the Sesame Oil Noodle Sauce: Mix in the ingredient.
Cook the Taiwanese noodles. Drain after cooked. Add seasoning and mix well.
Plate the noodles and top with the sliced cucumbers, the sliced carrots and fried shallots.
Drizzle the Sesame Oil Noodle Sauce on the noodles.
