Pan fried Cuttlefish Patties with Fine Shrimp Sauce

How to make it

  1. Blend the mashed cuttlefish with chopped onion, Chinese Parsley, corn kernel and seasoning mix.
  2. Shape the cuttlefish mushroom into small patties.  Heat pan and add oil, pan fry patties until golden and done.  Press a bit to shape during pan-frying.
  3. Semi deep fry to achieve more crispy texture.
