How to make it

  1. Rinse and pat-dry oysters. Pan-fry oysters in 2 Tbsp. oil until both sides turn golden. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok and sauté ginger and bell peppers. Add Seasoning Mix and toss well with oysters.
  3. Last, stir in XO Sauce and serve hot.
