  • Frozen semi-dried oysters (around 8-12 pcs) 200 g
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger 2 tsp.
  • Red bell pepper (cut into pieces) 75 g
  • Green bell pepper (cut into pieces) 75 g
  • Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce 2 Tbsp.

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp.
  • Sugar 2 tsp.
  • Shaoxing wine 2 Tbsp.

How to make it

  1. Rinse and pat-dry oysters. Pan-fry oysters in 2 Tbsp. oil until both sides turn golden. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok and sauté ginger and bell peppers. Add Seasoning Mix and toss well with oysters.
  3. Last, stir in XO Sauce and serve hot.
