- Pork Meat 300g (sliced),
- Green, Yellow and Red Bell Pepper ½ pc for each (sliced),
- Onion ¼ piece (sliced)
Marinade
- Salt ½ tsp,
- Sugar ½ tsp,
- Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Grinder ¼ tsp,
- Oil ½ tsp
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp,
- Lee Kum Kee Coarse Ground Black Peppercorns ¼ tsp,
- Sugar 2 tsp,
- Corn starch 1 tsp,
- Water 3 tbsp

How to make it

Marinate pork meat for 30 min.

Fry the pork with oil until cooked, set aside.

Fry onion and bell pepper until soften, then mix well with cooked pork and seasoning, ready to serve.
