  • Salmon fillet 350 gcut into pieces
  • Bell pepper (s) 120 g [Assorted bell peppers shredded]

Marinade

  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White Peppercorn Powder a dash

Sauce Mix

  • Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
  • Sweet Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Minced Garlic 1 tsp
  • Corn starch 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Water 4 tbsp

How to make it

  1. Mix salmon with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry salmon in 1 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Put on a serving plate.
  3. Stir-fry bell peppers in remaining oil for a short while. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fried salmon fillet.
