How to make it
Mix all the ingredients with marinade for 10 mins. Shape into patties.
Pan-fry the pork patties in 1 Tbsp oil. Press gently. Fry over low heat until golden yellow and done.
Tips: Without adding starch of any kind, pork patties taste much more refreshing . Just use Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce to marinate the pork.
