  • Pork fillet/loin 300 g
  • Fresh bean curd sticks 200 gsectioned
  • Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) 90 g [sliced]

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1 tsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Red Braising Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Water 150 mL
  • Corn starch 1 tsp

How to make it

  1. Mix pork with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry pork fillet in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Add fresh bean curd sticks, fresh shitake mushrooms and toss for 1 minute.  Stir  in sauce mix and cook over low heat until sauce thickens.
