  • Spare Ribs (cut apart) 190 g
  • Potatoes (cut into pieces) 190 g
  • Sweet corn (cut into chunks) 110 g
  • Red carrot (chopped) 80 g
  • String beans (chopped) 80 g
  • Green onion stalks (white part only) (chopped) 2 pcs
  • Cooking oil 1 Tbsp.

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp.
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce ½ tsp.
  • Water 1 cup
  • Anise pod 1 star
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger 2 tsp.

How to make it

  1. Rinse ribs with boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil, saute ginger and anise pod. Add ribs and stir-fry until light golden.
  3. Add potatoes, string beans, corn, and carrot. Continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Seasoning Sauce and onion, cover pan and cook over low heat until ribs are tender and sauce is thickened.
