How to make it

  1. First, chop the garlic and ginger into fine pieces, and cut the tofu into small pieces.
  2. Add minced ginger and minced garlic to the pot, and fry it with minced pork until fragrant.
  3. Then add Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Ma Po Tofu.
  4. Put the tofu in the pot, simmer until fragrant and color, pour 1/3 of the sauce into the cooked white rice, mix well, and serve on a plate first.

  5. Pour the tofu over the rice, and finally sprinkle with chopped shallots to finish.
  6. Tips: It is recommended to use pearl rice for better taste.
