How to make it
Marinate the beef with oyster sauce for 10 minutes.
In high heat, stir fry the ginger slices, broccoli, carrot, and purple onion until almost done. Season with salt. Set aside.
In the same pan, add satay soup and cook konjac noodles until the soup is thickened.
Add fatty beef and vegetables. Cook until well done. Sprinkle with coriander.
Tips: Stir fry the vegetables with salt for a greener and brighter look.
