  • Pork Neck 400g (Sliced)
  • Red Onion 70g (Cut into strips)
  • Yellow and Green Bell Pepper 70g each (Cut into strips)
  • Ginger 5g (Sliced)
  • Red Chilli 5g (Shredded, for garnishing)

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce 2 tbsp

How to make it

  1. Marinade pork neck with ginger and marinade for 15 minutes. Sauté pork neck with 1 tbsp oil until completely cooked, take out for further use.
  2. Sauté red onion, yellow and green bell pepper with 1/2 tbsp oil until half cook.
  3. Add pork neck and seasoning, mix well. Ready to serve.
