How to make it

Clean the string beans, cut into sections.
Deep-fry the string beans until cooked through, drain the oil, set aside.
Sauteminced meat, minced garlic, minced green onion, and fresh chilli peppers until fragrant, add string beans.
Then stir in Soup Base for Sichuan Hot & Spicy Hot Pot and Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood. Ready to serve.
