Scallop and Duck Kebabs with Oyster Sauce
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Duck breast(s) 250 g [cut into 12 pieces]
- Scallop (s) 250 g [12 pcs]
- Cherry tomato (es) 12 pcs
- Shallots 12 pcs
Marinade
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- Chopped oregano 1 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Powder to taste

How to make it

Mix duck breast and scallops with marinade.

Alternate all ingredients on metal skewers.

Pan-fry skewers in 2 tbsp oil over low heat or grill until golden yellow and done. Makes 12 skewers.
