How to make it

  1. Pour the Soup Base For Seafood Hotpot in boiling water, mix well.
  2. Add all seafood and bring to boil until well done. Take out seafood and serve. Add congee and cook to the desired thickness and serve.  
  3. Mix the dipping sauces, stir well, to serve with seafood. 
  4. Tips: You can add a beaten egg when cooking congee to enhance the thickness.
