Bring 3 packs of Dan Dan Noodles Thick Soup and 1L of water to boil.
1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce and corn starch for 20 minutes. Pan fry until golden. Set aside.
2. On a medium heat pot, stir-fry Sichuan pepper, onion and shallots. Add in bean paste sauce, Dan Dan Noodles Thick Soup and water. Boil.
3. Add chicken, scallion and coriander.
