How to make it

  1. Soak the chicken breasts in boiling water and ginger until cooked, shred by hand after it cools down.
  2. Add the chopped chili peppers to the seasoning and mix well.
  3. Toss the chicken with the shredded cucumber, coriander and seasonings. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
