How to make it

  1. Cut tofu into 6 pieces and place on a plate.
  2. Peel and cut the back of the shrimp and mix with white pepper powder and corn starch. Place them on the tofu.
  3. Steam over high heat for 5 minutes. Take out and drain water from the plate.
  4. Mix salt reduced salt soy sauce and sesame oil well and pour. Add green onion and serve.
