How to make it

  1. Marinating the sliced beef with marinade for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok, fry the beef on medium heat until 70% cooked and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok again. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant. Add beef, peppers and the seasonings, stir-fry on a high heat, serve.
