How to make it

  1. Parboil eggplants in boiling water or hot oil.
  2. Drain.
  3. Saute garlic and ginger in 1 tbsp oil.
  4. Add minced pork and stir fry until done.
  5. Stir in eggplant, leek and sauce mix, cook until sauce thickens.
