Stir-fry prawns in 1 Tbsp oil until done. Set aside.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, shallots, green onions and red chilli until fragrant. Add prawns and sauce mix. Stir well until heated through. Stir in basil leaves and pomelo, serve hot.
