Stir-fried Rice Stick with Beef in All Purpose Marinade

Ingredients
- Fresh Rice Stick 350 g
- Beef [sliced] 120 g
- Carrot [shredded] 25 g
- Green Onion [sectioned] 1 pc
- Trimmed Bean Sprouts 100 g
- Yellow Chives [sectioned] 50 g
Marinade
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 2 tsp
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee All Purpose Marinade 2 tbsp

How to make it

Mix beef with marinade.

Sauté bean sprouts in 1 Tbsp oil for a minute. Drain.

Sauté green onion in 2 Tbsp oil, add beef and carrot and stir fry until cooked. Add rice stick, bean sprouts, yellow chives and Seasoning Mix. Toss well heat through to serve.
