  • Scallop (s) 300 g
  • Broccoli 250 g [cut into pieces]
  • Carrot (s) 25 g [sliced]
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1 tsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp
  • Water 4 tbsp

How to make it

  1. Cook scallops in boiling water until done. Drain.
  2. Blanch broccoli and carrot in boiling water. Drain.
  3. Saute minced garlic in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.
  4. Add scallops, broccoli, carrot, sauce mix and heat through.
  5. Scallops can be replaced by prawns or squid.
