How to make it

  1. Mix Pork with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry ginger and bean sprouts in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Drain.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil.
  4. Sauté onion and red chilli until fragrant.
  5. Add pork and stir-fry until done.
