Ingredients

  • Japanese fresh noodles/Udon noodles 2 packets 400 g
  • Pork terderloin [sliced] 120 g
  • Bean sprouts [drained] 75 g
  • Green bell pepper [shredded] 50 g
  • Onion(s) [shredded] 50 g
  • Red chilli [shredded] ½ pc
  • Green onion(s) [sectioned] 2 pcs
  • Ginger [shredded] 2 slices

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Corn starch ½ tsp Seasoning Mix
  • Lee Kum Kee Spicy Chilli Stir-fry Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp

How to make it

  1. Mix Pork with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry ginger and bean sprouts in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Drain.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil.
  4. Sauté onion and red chilli until fragrant.
  5. Add pork and stir-fry until done.
