How to make it

Mix Pork with marinade.
Stir-fry ginger and bean sprouts in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Drain.
Heat 1 tbsp oil.
Sauté onion and red chilli until fragrant.
Add pork and stir-fry until done.
