How to make it
Wash the yellow eel and rinse with running water for 2 minutes. Then drain and marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in medium heat, stir-fry the eel with 1 tbsp. minced garlic and set aside.
Saute the remaining minced garlic, garlic shoot and garlic chive until fragrant.
Add in the eel and seasoning and stir-fry well over high heat.
