How to make it

  1. Remove the root of marmoreal mushroom.

  2. Deep fry oyster mushroom, fresh mushroom and marmoreal mushroom until golden brown. Drain and set aside.

  3. Heat the oil, saute ginger and minced garlic until fragrant.

  4. Add in oyster mushroom, fresh mushroom, marmoreal mushroom and seasonings and stir well.

  5. Add in basil and abalone and cook for 20 seconds after covering the lid.

  6. Finally add in corn starch water until the sauce is thickened.
