How to make it

  1. Rub butter into flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. Mix with salt, sugar, baking powder, egg yolk and adequate amount of water to form a piece of dough.
  2. Cover it with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Sauté onion with 1 Tbsp oil. Add corn and turkey and toss well. Sprinkle with flour. Add milk and Seasoning Mix slowly. Mix well and let stand to cool.
  4. Add filling to the lined pie pans. Brush the rim of the pie crust with egg wash and top with pastry circles. Slightly press the rim to seal.
  5. Brush egg wash on pie top and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
