Turkey and Vegetables Skewers
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Turkey breast 350 g [cut into cubes]
- Pumpkin 90 g [cut into cubes]
- Courgette 90 g [cut into cubes]
- Button Mushroom 6 pcs
- Cherry tomato 6 pcs
- Green and Red Bell Peppers each 90 g [cut into pieces]
Marinade
- Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Coarse Ground Black Peppercorns as desire
- Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1 tsp
- Chopped Shallot 3 pcs

How to make it

Mix the marinade and toss well with the turkey. Let’s stand for 1 hour.

Thread the turkey and assorted vegetables in turn onto the skewers.

Grill or bake in 220 degree pre-heated oven for 10-20 minutes or until cooked. Baste with the remaining marinade occasionally.
