How to make it

  1. Sauté minced garlic with 2 Tbsp of oil in a heated pan.
  2. Add pepper, mushrooms, asparagus and corn, and stir-fry for 2 mintues.
  3. Add seasoning and keep stir-frying until everything is cooked.
  4. Serve the ingredients wrapped in lettuce.
  5. Tips: Stir-frying vegetables with oyster sauce adds delicate flavour to the dish and reduces unwanted vegetal taste.
