How to make it
Sauté minced garlic with 2 Tbsp of oil in a heated pan.
Add pepper, mushrooms, asparagus and corn, and stir-fry for 2 mintues.
Add seasoning and keep stir-frying until everything is cooked.
Serve the ingredients wrapped in lettuce.
Tips:Stir-frying vegetables with oyster sauce adds delicate flavour to the dish and reduces unwanted vegetal taste.
