How to make it

  1. Marinate the minced chicken for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the pan and stir-fry the onion until soften. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked.
  3. Add XO Sauce, stir-fly and set aside.
  4. Bring the puff pastries to room temperature. Cut them into round (or square) shape. Put 1 tbsp. filling at the centre, brush egg wash around the edges.
  5. Fold the pastries and press the edges with a fork. Brush egg wash on top of the pastries And sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and serve.
