Char Siu Stir Fry with Rice Noodles

How to make it

Before cooking, soak noodles in hot water per packet directions, then drain.
Fry the shredded carrots and mushrooms in a saucepan with 2tbsp oil. Add the Chicken Bouillion and 70ml water to the pan.
Saute the rice noodles until the sauce is absorded.
Add all the remaining ingredients with a drop of 1tbsp oil to the saucepan and toss for 2 minutes.
