Ingredients

  • Rice Noodles 400g
  • Char Siu, Shredded 90g
  • Mushrooms, Shredded 30g
  • Carrots, Shredded 40g
  • Leek sprout, Cut 30g
  • Egg, shredded 1pc
  • Bean Sprouts 150g
  • Chinese celery 30g
  • Shrimp, Diced 10g

Seasoning

  • Concentrated Chicken Bouillon 4tsp
  • Water 70ml

Concentrated Chicken Bouillon

How to make it

  1. Before cooking, soak noodles in hot water per packet directions, then drain.
  2. Fry the shredded carrots and mushrooms in a saucepan with 2tbsp oil. Add the Chicken Bouillion and 70ml water to the pan.
  3. Saute the rice noodles until the sauce is absorded.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients with a drop of 1tbsp oil to the saucepan and toss for 2 minutes.
