How to make it

Cook the piglet ribs in a light brine over medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove them for later use.
Mix well with the Korean spicy sauce and seafood sauce. Apply the mixed sauce on the piglet ribs.
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place the piglet ribs in the oven and heat for 12-15 minutes for serve.
