How to make it
Coat the duck breasts in Plum Sauce, place onto a baking sheet and bake at 180℃ / Gas Mark 4 for 15 minutes or until cooked.
Spread Plum Sauce over the wraps and divide the lettuce and coriander evenly.
Cut the duck breasts into thin slices and place over the lettuce and coriander.
Roll up tightly and serve.
