How to make it

Mix pork with marinade.
Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
Saute ginger in 1 Tbsp oil. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Set aside.
Sauteed chilli and green onions in 2 Tbsp oil. Add pork and stir-fry until done. Stir in egg noodles, bean sprouts and soy sauce. Stir well until heat through.
