  • Pork floss 10g

  • Lee Kum Kee Sichuan Peppercorn Flavoured Oil 1 tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

How to make it

  1. Open the box of tofu and drained water from the box, move the tofu into a serving plate.
  2. Dice the preserved egg.
  3. Place the chopped preserved egg on top of tofu. Put in the fridge before eating.
  4. And then you can prepare the sauce by mixing all seasoning sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Put it in the fridge as well before eating.
  5. Pour the sauce to the tofu when it is ready to serve.
