How to make it

Blanch the peeled and shredded pumpkin and fungus. Immediately place the pumpkin and fungus in ice-cold water to stop the cooking proccess.
Mix the Premium Oyster Sauce with the Soup for Sichuan Hot & Spicy Hot Pot and the Sesame Oil and the Sesame Seed Paste.
To serve, mix all the ingredients with the sauces. Sprinkle the red pepper and white sesame on the top.
