- Lee Kum Kee Korean Style Soy Bean Sauce 3 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Supreme Authentic First Draw Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Ground Fragrant Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
- Rice Wine 1 tbsp
Dipping
- Lee Kum Kee Korean Style Soy Bean Sauce 2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Supreme Authentic First Draw Soy Sauce 2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Ground Fragrant Sesame Oil 2 tsp
- White Sesame 2 tsp

How to make it

Grind the pear flesh into puree, take the pulp and juice.

Use a fork to poke holes in the surface of the pork jowl.

Mix Korean Style Soy Bean Sauce with other marinade ingredients, apply on the pork jowl, and marinate overnight.

Put the pork jowl into the air fryer, air fry at 180 degrees for 13-15 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
