How to make it
Remove mussel meat from shells and dice. Mix mussel, shrimp and bell peppern with marinade. Divide the filling into 12 portions and stuff back on mussel shells
Mix basil with cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle on top of mussel meat mixture.
Bake at 220°C/425°F preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden yellow and done.
