- Salad Vegetables 50 g
Marinade
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
Sauce Mix
- Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce 3 tbsp
- Hot Water 2 tbsp
Dressing
- Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil 1 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce 2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Chinkiang Vinegar 4 tsp

How to make it
Marinate the steak for 10 minutes. Grill until desire doneness.
Pour over the sauce mix.
Mix the vegetables and avocado with the salad dressing and serve along with the steak.
